I founded Frontlist Editorial as a multi-specialty agency serving individual, small press, and large publishing house clients. Helping you to tell your story and affect your readers is both my work and my mission. 

While clients appreciate my diligent attention to detail and keen understanding of the writing craft, it is the supportive relationships I maintain with my authors, providing both clear parameters and the freedom to create within them, that defines our collaborative success. I combine 20 years of teaching college-level Creative Writing, 15 years editing at the world’s largest publisher, plus writing and editing at various periodicals. This gives me the collective experience to back up my credentials.

Often, editors do not develop the writer, only the manuscript. I develop both. And since it isn’t one size fits all, I don’t run the same program for each client. I tailor my feedback and guidance to each client. I offer developmental editing and guidance – doing one without the other doesn’t give the author what they need.
